Primary responsibilities:

• Document suggestions for continuous process improvements for both OM and development activities.

• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor

• Adherence to the defined OM delivery process/guidelines (SLA Compliance etc).

• Developing and maintaining standards, common processes and best practices

• Guiding, training, instructing and assisting others on a variety of technical issues

• Creating effort/duration estimates and deliverable lists for proposed projects





Desired Skills:

• Experience – 1.5 to 4.5 years

• Strong working experience on Web services, MQ, JMS and DB2/Oracle

• Good working experience on Unix shell scripting, XML, XSL

• Knowledge/experience on Autosys/TWS

• Working knowledge/experience on See Beyond e*Gate

• Strong working experience on Java/J2EE technologies

• Background in healthcare industry applications development

• Experience with OM processes is desirable.

• Experienced in handling small team

• Experience in Client handling.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Willing to work in variable shifts including 2:30 PM – 12 AM shift
