Responsibilities

• Primary Skills:

• Understanding of Project Management Lifecycle, Software Development Lifecycle

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 2007 or Higher

• Basic Knowledge of RDBMS or Microsoft Access

• Secondary Skills:

• Project Specific skills

• Ability to learn and work independently

• Good communication development and presentation skills

• Project Management Domain knowledge desirable





Skills Required :

• B. Tech / MBA / Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

• 1 – 2.9 years of total experience -Should have executed the complete SDLC of atleast one project

• Good knowledge of and experience in Project Management Lifecycle, Software Development Life Cycle is desirable

• Should have experience in creating Project Work Breakdown Structures, Project Health Metrics and Reports

• Should have experience in preparing Issue/Risk/Changes Log

• Should have experienced and learnt new project management tools/applications/ process as part of last assignments

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal & written

• Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle.

• Must have strong coordination skills with various stake holders

• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project; Familiar with Sharepoint or Sharepoint like applications; same with document repository applications like ADR

• Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.

• Experience in Project Management Office would be a plus

• Open to work in shifts to provide overlap to onshore stakeholders

• High learn ability skills , for becoming adept at usage of Planview tool and ability to correlate with EPMO processes

• Exposure to a PM tool like Planview , Clarity ect would be a plus.
