Requirement: J2EE Developer/Lead

Developer – J2EE (JSF,Spring,Hibernate,Web Services,BIRT)
Essential:
• Should have 2-4 years of experience in Java/J2EE with proven analytical & logical skills
• Experience in AJAX web application development using JSF 1.2/2.0
• Should have working knowledge of using Spring framework
• Worked in Object Relation Mapping tool Hibernate
• Solid knowledge of XML, preferably experience using server-to-server web services (SOAP)
• Development experience using Eclipse or similar IDEs
• Should be able to transform the design and functional specs into code
• Should able to own tasks and deliver within defined timelines.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and troubleshooting skills

Technical Lead – J2EE (JSF,Spring,Hibernate,Web Services,BIRT)
Essential:
• Should have 5-8 years of experience in Java/J2EE with proven analytical & logical skills
• Should have worked in JSF 1.2/2.0 using AJAX enabled component library Richfaces
• Should have knowledge of development of software using design principles like Inversion of Control and Dependency Injection using Spring framework
• Worked in Object Relation Mapping tool Hibernate
• Should have knowledge of Shared Services Environment and Multi-Tenancy implementation
• Development experience using Eclipse or similar IDEs
• Experience in ANT, MAVEN build and deployment
• Should be able to transform the functional specification into design
• Should able to own more than one module and deliver within defined timelines.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Solid knowledge of XML, preferably experience using server-to-server web services (SOAP)
