Job Responsibilities:

• Provide team leadership in areas of specific technical knowledge.

• Implement the project processes efficiently and ensure the continuous process improvement.

• Report project status and metrics

• Encourage and assist team to develop utilities for repeatable tasks.

• Provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues.

• Help developing project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives.

• Carry out human resources administration activities such as interviewing job applicants, providing input to performance evaluations, etc.

• Receive general direction with occasional work review on other aspects.





Desired Skills:

• Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using JCL, DB2, VSAM, COBOL and CICS. Preferred skills – REXX, CLIST, MQ series.

• Should have experience in PRODUCTION SUPPORT

• Experience:6 -8 YRS

• B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

• Good written & oral Communication skills.

• Should have played a role of technical mentor in his/her career
