Job Responsibilities:

• Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
• Perform complex conceptual analyses and develop innovative solutions
• Provide explanations and information to others on complex issues
• Demonstrate expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
• Analyze alternatives and recommendations
• Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
• Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage

The desired Skill set will be following:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Java-J2EE development.
• Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage
