• Experience in System Programming (Non Application Dev Background)
• Good Knowledge & Exp in Unix / Linux / VXworks / Solaris
• Experience in Networking Domain is mandatory (atleast 60 - 70 % of his experience )
• Willingness to take role of individual contributor (Pure Technical Role)

o Layer 2 LAN protocols like MSTP, RSTP, PVST, LACP, VRRP
