• Candidate with 0 -1 year of experience

• Candidate should be BE/B.Tech graduate

• Candidate should have good analytical skills

• Candidate should be flexible with shift timings

• Candidate should possess good communication skills (written/verbal both)

• Knowledge in SQL queries will be an added advantage

• 6 months training or experience in IVR is mandatory
