1. RIM IPC – Automation testing and HP load runner application : (Job Code- Sys Admin)
• 1-2 years experience in Automation Testing and HP Load runner application.
• Knowledge of performance testing life cycle.
• Good hands on experience on all the modules of HP Loadrunner – VUGEN, Controller or Performance Center and Analysis.
• Skills on web http/html protocol scripting
• Good analytical skills on resource utilization in terms of memory, threads, CPU, network, Database, Server side profiling using various monitoring tools.
• Able to handle various kinds of Load, stress and performance tests.
• Oracle parameter and query tuning
• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Education Qualification: Any graduate

2. RIM Hosting Engineering Storage – Backup Admin : (Job Code -Storage and Deployement)

• 2 - 4 experience in Storage Engineering.
• Operational Experience using HP Dataprotector/Veritas Netbackup and EMC/NetApp based Storage Infrastructure.

Education Qualification: Any graduate

3. RIM IPC – Application Packaging : (Job Code-Packaging)

• 2.5- 4 years of experience in Application Packaging either as MSI, EXE’s or as Virtual Application (Softgrid\Microsoft AppV).
• Working experience on Softgrid\Microsoft AppV.
• Good understanding in creation of packages, including creation of tools, utilities using WISE macros, WISE Templates, custom resource conflict manager tool, MSI analyzer etc.
• Extensive knowledge on the usage of packaging automation (WISE, AppV sequencing tools) and various related tools.
• Prior experience of System administration/integration is desirable.

Education Qualification: Any graduate

4. RIM ITSC : (Job Code-IT Helpdesk Analyst)

• 4 + years IT experience preferably in Tech Support Voice support.
• Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment.
• Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software.
• Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support.
• Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Willing to work in different time zones (24/7).
• Open for night shifts.


Education Qualification: Any graduate

• Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
