We are looking for the role of CON/ SCON/ LCON/PCON with 5 – 13 years of extensive expertise in requirement gathering, assessment, planning, design, architecting solution, implementation and migration for large customer in any of the following areas: ·         Data center technologies : Developing Solutions & Frameworks based on Virtualization and Consolidation (of servers, Storage etc.), Windows (Active directory migration, Consolidation), Messaging (MS Exchange 2007 onwards) , Enterprise Network, Citrix, Vmware ·         End User Computing technologies : Design Windows 7 Image, Deployment (SCCM 2007/2012, MDT, WAIK), Application compatibility testing and packaging (AppDNA, Flexera)Application Virtualization (Citrix Xenapp, VMware Thinapp, MS App-V), Desktop Virtualization, VDI (Citrix Xendesktop, VMware View), BYOD·         Capacity Manager, Performance Manager, Capacity Planning, Performance Management, Capacitas, Infrastructure Sizing, Data center capacity, Application Performance Management Hands on experience across various enterprise network infrastructure devices – Routers & switches, Firewalls(PIX/Checkpoint), Load Balancers, WAAS ,Unified Communication Manager (Cisco/Avaya/Genisys) ·         Process and Infrastructure Consulting – ITIL process, Infra security consulting, Controls and Compliance, Six Sigma / Lean, infrastructure migration, sizing and performance benchmarking, VDI consulting and design, VMWare design, virtualization consulting, Green IT, Cloud Computing·         Enterprise Systems Management – BMC Remedy, Service-Now, HP Service Manager, HP Operations Manager, IBM Tivoli, Netcool, Microsoft System Center with good knowledge on Javascript ·         Infrastructure Automation – HP Operations Orchestration, HP Server Automation, HP Database & Middleware (DMA) automation, UC4, BMC Bladelogic Suite, BMC Atrium Orchestrator, Service-Now Run-book automation, Microsoft SCCM/SCOM with good knowledge on Shell/Jython/PHP or any industry standard scripting language
