Qualifications

Essential Skills:

•B.Tech/MCA with minimum 10 years of experience in software development in Pega-PRPC with at least 1 year in the role of Pega technical architect or 3 years as Pega technical specialist

•Should have extensive experience in working on Pega projects using Scrum & Smart BPM methodologies.

•Experience on at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega-PRPC project involving integrations with other enterprise systems

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Good experience in Estimation, Risk Assessment, Quality and Knowledge Management

•Very good knowledge of good software engineering practices

•Good understanding of Pega HCIF

•Good understanding of US healthcare   PEGA Project Lead:   Qualifications

Essential Skills:



1.Min 7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years’ experience working in Agile Scrum teams

2.Should have strong experience in design and development of Pega projects using Scrum & Smart BPM methodologies. Experience executing at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project

3.At least 5 years of experience on Pega PRPC is mandatory.

4.Candidate must have CSSA certification

5.Must have extensive experience in Scrum methodology

6.Good understanding of good software engineering practices and architecture guidelines

7.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

8.Extensive experience in skills – Design Practices, Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, Quality Management and Knowledge Management

9.Basic understanding of US healthcare
