Eligibility Criteria
|
· Graduates (55% pass marks for candidates from Colleges in Maharashtra and 60% for all others)
· Preferred Courses: B.Sc. ( IT / CS / Physics / Mathematics) and BCA
|
Requisites
|
· Good Communication Skills
· Flexible to relocate to any of the locations mentioned above
· Flexible to take up any technology that would be allocated to them
· Open to working in shifts as per business requirements
|
Salary Package
|
· The candidate will be hired at Level 1 for 6 months at INR 120,000/- P.A.They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects
· Candidates will move to Level 2 after 6 months at INR 150,000/- P.A
· Retention Bonus of INR 50,000/- will be paid upon completion of 24 months from their movement to Level 2
· Candidates need to sign a 24 months Bond with MphasiS. In case of default an amount of INR 1,00,000/- will be recovered from the employee
