Skills Required : Cold Fusion and SQL Developer (Job Code: Coldfusion Developer)

• 2 to 6 years in designing user interfaces using HTML,CFML,XML and JAVA Script, alter existing database Scheme, develop reports, and integrate third party vendors with corporate in house software products and services in the area of human resources and employment applications.
• Knowledge of Web 2.0 languages is a plus.
• Understanding of DOJ or YUI AJAX Framework is a plus.

Skills Required: QA/Automation Engineer - Senior Member Technical
• Strong Knowledge of testing concepts and methodologies.
• Strong automation experience in QTP 9.2 and above onward .
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and able to prepare test plan ,test strategy , estimation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and RDBMS. Have worked on DB testing.
• Very good Analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Should be able to collaborate well with stakeholders /clients.
• Candidates with 4- 6 years of testing experience into QTP/Manual Testing.
• Should have experience on QTP Automation tool for at least 2-3 years (which involves identifying automation test scenarios, creating framework, regression testing, reporting results). Must have worked on Ver 9.2 or above onwards.
• Should be able to prepare test plans, test strategy, estimation
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, written, good listening and telephone skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in dealing with US clients would be helpful.

Skills Required : Java/J2EE (Job Code: J2EE)
• 3.5 to 5.5 years experience in java/j2ee technology, having experience on some MVC framework like [Struts Or Spring] and ORM technology like [Hibernate or JPA].
• The individual must have a strong technical background and should be hands-on in Java.
