1) Java Positions - Code: JTL/JSD/JD (For Hyderabad Location)
Open Positions: Technical Leads (Exp: 7+ Yrs), Senior Developers (Exp: 5+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs):-
 Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
 Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
 Should have expertise in the following areas: Spring, Hibernate, Jsf, Wicket, JMS, Web Services, Ajax, Struts and typical tools of J2EE.
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools.
 Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
 Working Experience with Agile Development Practices like SCRUM.
 Should be technically hands-on AND good team management Skills.
 Should have experience in managing multiple projects with end to end delivery model.

2) Flex Developers (Exp: 3+ Years) - Code: Flex:- (For Hyderabad Location)
 Should have good experience on Flex 3.0.
 Should have good experience working on presentation layer.
 Should have experience on integration with Flex and Java.
 Should have experience in RPC and Web services.
 Knowledge in Cairngorm Framework is preferred.
 Experience in Data Servers like Blaze DS/LCDS is preferred.
 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3) QA Manual Engineers (Exp: 3 – 5Yrs) - Code: QME:- (For Hyderabad Location)
 Strong manual tester on Web Applications.
 Nice to have working experience on web services and SOA.
 Should be having working experience in Agile Methodology like SCRUM.
 Need to understand & know Intranet, and Extranet.
 Must have Client facing experience (Pref: Client interaction exp)
 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4) QA Automation Engineers (Exp: 3 – 5Yrs) - Code: QAE: - (For Hyderabad Location)

 Should have atleast 3+ Years experience.
 Must have working experience in one of the tools Rational Robot, QTP, Silk Test.
 Good analytical skills & Problem solving skills.
 Flexible to learn any tools.
 Flexible to work as manual tester if required.
 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5) Solution Architect / QA Manager (Exp: 8+ Yrs – 15Yrs) – Code: SA/QAM (For Hyderabad Location)
Job Description
 Provide technical leadership for testing practice.
 Responsible for enterprise test automation strategy formulation for various customer engagements.
 Formulate & develop scalable Test Architecture for automation and performance testing across QA Practice.
 Design and develop scalable automation /performance testing framework.
 Drive innovation in testing through piloting new tools, researching various frameworks in test automation and performance testing.
 Research new QA tools and technologies and makes appropriate suggestions to influence engagement growth and direction.
 Help in migration automation framework and automation tools based on customer needs.
 Assess independently the complex web and mobile application architecture across layers and advise customers and QA teams on automation test strategy in an agile environment.
 Spearhead offshore hiring of QA candidates for the location.
 Work with engagement managers and delivery heads to improve QA process and tools on an ongoing basis to understand customer requirements and translate them into test architectures.
 Provide organization wide training on QA processes, tools and methodologies.

Skill requirements:
 10+ years of experience in Testing (should have grown from QA to QA Lead progressively).
 Should be an expert in any commercial test automation tool like QTP or Rational Functional Tester.
 Should be an expert in Jmeter or Selenium.
 Should be strong in Java or C#.
 Strong scripting experience with JavaScript or VBScript.
 Should be strong in performance testing tool Load Runner or Webload.
 Should have good understanding of NUnit or JUnit or DBUnit or MBUnit.
 Knowledge of Bugzilla, Test Link or similar open source test management tools is must.
 Proven expertise in building Test Automation and Performance Testing frameworks.
 Ability to think big-picture, architect QA solution and translate it into plan and low-level tasks.
 Should have excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills (walk on the water)
 Education Requirements: B.Tech / B.E.

6) Dotnet Positions – Code: DSD/DD (For Hyderabad Location)
Open Positions: Senior Developers (Exp: 5+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs): -
 Very Strong in ASP.NET 3.0/3.5, C#, VS.net, WCF, Silver light, LINQ, WPF, WF, AJAX
 Strong at SQL Server 2005/2008 with SSIS & SSRS
 Very good analytical sills and problem solving ability a must
 Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Exposure in jQuery, SVN and Entity Framework is preferred.

7) SQL DBA – Code: SQLDBA (For Hyderabad Location)
 Must have working experience on SQL 2005 and 2008.
 Must have an exposure and working experience of SSIS and SSRS with SQL 2005 and 2008.
 Must have an exposure and handling experience of Production Environment with DB Administration.
 Knowledge of usage and implementation of Reporting Services.
 Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8) SQL Developers with Dotnet Positions – Code: SSQLD/SQLD (For Hyderabad Location)
Open Positions: Senior SQL Developers (Exp: 4+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs): -
 Around 4+ yrs of Strong SQL Server Development experience, in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, [or SQL Server 2008 ]
 Good in Database design and able to provide guidance on application data models
 Excellent in writing and optimizing stored procedures, triggers, jobs, functions, views, etc
 Good in SSIS, and SSAS [SQL BI tools, knowledge in cubes and analysis service is preferable]
 Good in Dot Net Web application development with ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, C#, Web Services/ WCF, Ajax etc
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

9) Mobile Developers (For Chennai Location)
1) Blackberry developer (Exp: 3 - 5+ Yrs) - Code: BBD:-
(Atleast 2 years of extensive experience in developing blackberry native application)
Education Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech (CS or EC or EE)
Technical Requirements:
 2+ years of experience in mobile app development Blackberry
 Solid experience in programming in Java and Blackberry SDK
 Strong understanding of OOP, Eclipse IDE, memory management, file I/O, design principles etc.
 Have developed consumer-facing applications for blackberry devices
 Experience integrating based Web Services and 3rd party APIs
 Expertise or familiarity with well-designed user interfaces(UI), specifically for Blackberry.
 Should able to demonstrate apps that was developed and in app store
 Knowledge of App store distribution process is preferred but not a must

2) iPhone developer (Exp: 3 - 5+ Yrs) - Code: iPD:-
(Atleast 1 year of extensive experience in iPhone / iPad native application)
Education Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech (CS or EC or EE)
Technical Requirements:
 Must have built and published commercial iPhone and iPad applications
 Experience with Objective-C, JavaScript, and JSON
 Experience writing rich GUI's for the iPhone and iPad
 Strong experience detecting / correcting memory usage issues
 Previous experience integrating iPhone and iPad applications to server side API's
 Must be very strong in Objective-C, Cocoa, CocoaTouch, and XCode
 Should able to demonstrate apps that was developed and in app store
 Knowledge of App store distribution process is preferred but not a must

3) Android developer (Exp: 3 - 5+ Yrs) - Code: AD:-
(Atleast 6 months of extensive experience in developing Android native application and 1 year overall mobile development experience)
Education Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech (CS or EC or EE)
Technical Requirements:
 Minimum 6 months extensive experience developing Android native apps using Google Android SDK.
 Mandatory 1 year experience in overall mobile development (including 6 months in Android)
 Strong in Java / C/C++ coding experience
 Experience with XMPP, SQLite
 Experience with Java Drawing APIs
 C++ and JNI experience a plus
 OpenGL or other graphics development experience a plus
 Knowledge of Market place distribution process is preferred but not a must
 Should able to demonstrate apps that was developed and in app store.

10) Sr. PHP (Drupal) Developers – Code: SPHPD (For Hyderabad Location)
 Atleast 5 years of experience in application development in PHP based web technologies
 3+ years of experience in Drupal CMS
 Strong in MySQL database
 Strong in Javascript and CSS
 Atleast 6 months of experience in developing / maintaining SEO and SEM based web applications

11) Scrum Master – Code: CSM (For Hyderabad Location)
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), or Certified Scrum Trainer: (CST)
 Atleast 3 years of Scrum master experience with distributed teams (India-US, or other multiple time-zone locations)
 Must have experience coaching multiple teams.
 Excellent oral and written communications skills.
