REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 8 years of software engineering/development experience, ideally at least 1 year of experience in design and development of Java based web applications
• Exposure with object-oriented design and analysis
• Exposure with the complete software development lifecycle; knowledge and/or interested in agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP)
• Exposure with test driven development (TDD), continuous integration
• Required Technologies: Java 5+, JUnit (or TestNG)
• Key Technologies: Hibernate, Flex, Javascript, IOC containers (Spring, Guice, Hivemind)
• Application Servers: JBoss, Weblogic, IBM's Websphere
• Tools: Eclipse, JIRA
• Database Experience: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle
• ERP Integration with PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness suite and/or SAP a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with technical and non technical members
• Ability to conduct technical and application presentations to technical and non-technical staff a plus
• Knowledge and/or experience with HRIS, and the HR domain a plus
