Experienced: Alliance Global Requirement details for Testing Professionals

I have already discussed with many of you around new opportunities including in my monthly update that I sent last week. We need almost 20-25 new people to start in next 4-6 weeks on number of existing and new projects.

We are looking at people across all skills – Manual Testing – Con/Sr. Con, QTP – Con/Sr. Con, Manual Testing – Test Lead, Test Manager, SilkTest – Con/Sr. Con.

This will translate easily to about 300+ interviews at minimum to fill these positions and recruitment team will need all our support to be able to fill these positions. I know this will make you all stretch a little bit with your project work going in parallel but please support this effort and try as little rescheduling of interviews as possible. We need all good people to join Alliance and be part of this great competency and on our journey to success.
