Designation: Team Leader

Role Description:

 Monthly review and analysis of account reconcilements to ensure reporting is in compliance with policy.
 Identify non-compliant items/gaps and prepare commentary for inclusion in Monthly Dashboard Report.
 On a monthly basis, request and review reconciliations to ensure all required elements stated in policy are included.
 Facilitate monthly Business Partner Calls to socialize policy and review outstanding non-compliance items as well as knowledge transfer opportunities.
 Partner with key Business Partners and Stakeholders to understand and address potential reporting issues/gaps.
 Initiate maintenance requests for Account Reconcilers and Approvers.

Profile Requirements:

 Qualification : CA/ICWA fresher’s from 2009 – 2011 batch
 CA Inter or ICWA Inter with relevant accounting experience of minimum 3 years.
 Candidates to have core accounting experience (book keeping/audits/reconciliations)
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
