Technical Architect- Java J2EE

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

• Understands the complex technical problem and proposes various solutions and create POC.

• Conduct design review and code review to ensure delivery quality.

• Define the development tools and environment

• Collect and collate product, domain, and technical information on projects.

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and common meetings to discuss learning

• Define/redefine standards & guidelines for specific tools & technology

• Work with less structured, more complex issues. Serve as a resource to others

• Review Estimation (TP Technical Proposal). Identify any special training needs on the project with project PM

• Coach, provide feedback, and guide

• Coach the technical team in the development of the technical architecture

• Research & evaluation on technologies, Tools & Architecture Modeling

• Active participation in building COE

• Development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architectures and applications.

• Work on multiple assignments simultaneously in dynamic environment.





Eligibility Criteria:

• Engineering or Computers degree.

• 10 – 12 years of Application development experience enterprise application with at least two years in Architect role.

• Good knowledge of algorithms & data structures.

• Demonstrated experience in using Java J2EE technology and open source technology like EJB, spring, hibernate etc.

• Exposure to Mule/SOA/ESB is mandatory.

• Experience working on architectural concerns like security, transaction, performance scalability etc.

• Capable of multitasking.

• Ability and willingness to be hands on.

• Ability to quickly come to speed on new technology, framework.

• Experience with application servers and web servers.

• Knowledge and experience of SOA, Distributed computing, Cloud computing highly scalable and distributed systems.

• Has independently executed at least one project using complete SDLC leveraging SCRUM

• Exposure to following technology are is mandatory
