Designation: Deputy Manager/Manager

Band: E2

Experience: 6-8 years

Experience in conceptualization, design and implementation of HR Consulting and / or Organizational Change Management solutions covering :

• Experience in leading people change management in scenarios like ERP/CRM/Off-shoring in client environment.

• HR interventions across Organization Design, Performance Management, Competency Management, Employee Engagement, etc.

• OD interventions to enhance employee motivation, commitment and team building (Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Employee Culture Surveys, etc.)

• Leadership Engagement

• Ability to understand, lead and manage organizational change (Internal Change – HR or systems)

• People Risk Assessment and Grievance Handling

• Employee Communication and Employer Branding

• Training and Development

Soft Skills:

• Strong Facilitation Skills

• Good Communication Skills

• Good Listening Skills

• Ability to manage culturally diverse environment

• Ability to influence / enhance clients' decision making processes by understanding requirements and providing appropriate solutions

Pre-requisites:

• Post Graduate, preferably in HR

• Exposure in People side of change management/Corporate HR / OD / Training / HR Consulting /
