We thank each one of you for your valuable contribution towards ADP’s Associate Referral -Pehchaan Program, currently one of the highest in the industry. However we have never been one to rest on our laurels and constantly set the benchmark higher and the target further.

• Our referral percentage was at 52%, which is one of the biggest source of hiring
