TAG and GWFM are glad to announce Program 911 which is aimed at hiring Programmer Analysts from the lateral market. Please note the highlights below:
• This program aims to cover developers in Java, .Net and MF technologies
• We are planning to hire over 1000+ candidates (we have already offered 200+ so far)
• This hiring is being done on the Corporate Pool in order to meet exigencies due to resignations, customer escalations, delivery issues etc.
• We are expecting the candidates to join us starting Nov’10 and allocations will be made by GWFM team
• This has been initiated in order to provide developers with a shorter turnaround time
• The existing approval process for project specific PA hiring will continue to be in place
What do we need from you?
• Please cascade this information to your project teams
• Apart from your participation in the interviews, request your help in identifying suitable panel members from your project teams
• Generate enough referrals in order to complete the process as quickly as we can
The core objective of 911 is to help you with junior talent at a shorter notice. We request your help and cooperation.
