Business Analysts • 3-8 Years experience in Life Insurance (Operations or IT only)
• Specialization in (one or more) – Life, Pensions, Annuities, Retirement (401K/403B/IRA etc) Group and Health
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in Business analysis & Requirement Gathering

3 to 8
GENERAL INSURANCE (P&C)
Business Analyst / Business Managers • 4 - 14 Years experience in non-life Insurance (Operations or IT only)
• Specialization in (more than one) – Motor, Property, Liability, Specialty, Reinsurance etc (in Personal or Commercial lines or both)
• Information technology experience - complete involvement in SDLC
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Prior experience in Business analysis & Requirement Gathering
• People Management skills
4 to 14
